KNOT TYING
Feeling a little Knotty? Come get all tied up in this knot tying class.
We will practice tying knots useful for camping, climbing, boating, and
just about anything else you like to do. The fee includes a piece of
rope to take home and practice the overhand, figure 8, figure 8 on a
bight, figure 8 follow through, clove hitch, butterfly, munter hitch,
sheep shank, fisherman’s, double fisherman’s, prusik, sheet
bend and various coiling techniques.
KNITTING FOR
THE OUTDOORS Learn all the basics of knitting to keep you busy on long
roadtrips and other adventures.
In this workshop we will make our own one of a kind beanies and learn
the skills to make scarfs, sweaters, socks and other essential outdoor
gear!
